Yoga

My yoga journey began 23 years ago when I couldn’t understand why would anyone want to sit down at a gym and breathe for what seemed like eternity.  

Couple of years later I returned to the mat with an upgraded level of modesty and tolerance.

Over the years I gradually became a daily practitioner of Ashtanga Vinyasa. I extended the rigidity of the drill with the beauty and softness of Vinyasa flow yoga and completed it with the healing power of spiral yoga and Iyengar. 

My aim is to give other people the beautiful inner feeling I received at the classes I attended.
